A: The cost will be determined by how many dogs you have and how often you want us to clean it. There will also be an extra initial cleaning cost that will be based off of the last time your yard was cleaned. This fee is waived if you sign up for monthly cleaning service.
A: When you sign up for our monthly service, you will be required to provide your credit card information. Upon registration, you will be charged a prorated amount for the current month. Going forward, you will be billed the full monthly rate at the beginning of each subsequent month.
A: Yes. We clean anywhere that your dog does its business.
A: After every cleaning, we spray down all of our equipment with a special kennel-grade disinfectant that kills all the bacteria so we are not spreading it from one yard to another. We also take a picture of your closed gate when we leave so you know that it is safe to let your dogs out.
A: No, we do not require any kind of contract. You can request a one time cleaning or a subscription that is paid on a monthly basis at the first of the month. You can cancel the subscription at any time by simply calling/texting us to let us know. Any cancellation will have to be done 48 hours before the first of the month so we do not charge you for the next month.
A: We bag the poop up and take it with us so you don't have to deal with the smell in your trash cans.
A: As long as the dog is friendly, they are more than welcome outside as we love dogs.
A: Yes, you may request to have your yard cleaned at a specific day and time. We will do everything we can to try and match our schedule to fit yours. Depending on the situation, we will be able to do the cleaning on the same day as the yard work is being done or the day before.
A: No. Due to ever changing traffic conditions and some yards taking longer than others, we cannot give a specific time. However, we will send you a text one hour in advance of our arrival.
